It didn't go so well at first, Aidan was suprised at home.
Aidan getting owned by Cowboy.
Oh oh, Aidan using all 11 pounds to finally get the advantage.
It's the victory dance.
And don't come back to my house!

One side effect to Aidan getting bigger is that he loses his birth hair. He's almost bald up top but still has long hair in the back. Awkward.
Almost two feet.

The Waners on their first Easter.
After brunch.
Brad stopped by yesterday for the Duke game, and got to meet Aidan for the first time. Some stranger was passing by and got in the background.
Clearly, I love Aidan in his hats. It kills me.

This picture was taken on Wednesday and for scale I put our tv remote control next to him. I wonder what he'll look like at 2 months.

It's not technically his first bath, it's his first bath in the sink. If you listen carefully, at the beginning you'll hear me say "take two." The first try didn't go so well and we had to do some rearranging. And if you can't tell by my laughing I think it's pretty funny. Also, I had to stop taping before the bath was finished, Heather desperately needed my help. All ends well as you can see in the last couple of seconds.
Heather loves getting him dressed, and this is a favorite outfit.

Brian and Laura stopped by, and yes I posted the goofiest picture of Brian that I took.

Most babies have a cranky period in the afternoon/evening. We think Aidan's is from 6:30-8. Mine's usually from 9-5.
I think we're wrapping up Aidan's other body part series. His hands seem huge.
If you look closely you can see Heather in the park across the street.
That's all I got. I'm tired and the Chinese food just got here. Hopefully I'll be able to post more pictures over the weekend with a little video coverage as well.
Someone kidnapped my mom on the way here and replaced her with Grannie. I've never see my mom so content to sit there and do nothing, of course she was holding Aidan. And that's pretty much how the weekend went. It was a first to see her like this.
Grandpa Joe was equally as entertaining. Occasionally, as he was holding Aidan, we would hear, "Jeff your son is starting to cry." That or he started telling Aidan stories of Jim Bridger and his "time" out West.
Too cute not to put on here.
It's swing time!
Aidan turned two weeks old today. He had a check-up today and weighed in at 8 pounds 9 ounces. The doctor said he was doing great. Heather did a fantastic job of getting him ready and to the doctor's by herself for the first time.
Anne Geddes called, she wants her talent back! Seriously, his feet are huge and I should have put something next to them for scale. And yes, this is a continuation of random Aidan pictures.
Not to be gross, but I was there and this should be experienced by more than me and Heather, this was taken after a huge bowel movement. He's very content.
I sure look upset there.
Just a little teaser for Tuesday's pictures.
It's been great having my parents here this weekend. We're debating if we want my mom to spend the night tomorrow night. Heather and I went on a date tonight. Of course we went about a mile away and talked about Aidan the entire time.
