My dad is in town, and I think was appropriately charmed. Now, we just need to get my parents in town at the same time. Oh, and a big thanks to Leigh for covering last night when our baby sitter called in sick late in the day.

Still waiting on Aidan's first real word.

I think he looks like a Jawa.
This isn't just a picture of his bottom. He was actually putting his head on the floor and looking at us through his legs.
Aidan loves dogs. He gets a kick out of them. This only furthers my argument for getting a dog.
Training for an Easter egg hunt. We tried to get in the White House but didn't make the cut.
So cute.

Grannie's Visit

Sorry for the lack of posting. I blame the economy.

Aidan's been doing all kinds of fun things lately.
*he'll put Heather's slippers in the correct spot
*he'll try and hang up his jacket when we get back from a walk
*he'll bring me his shoes or jacket when he wants to go outside.....I think
*when he's done eating he'll take off his bib
*if we ask if he's hungry he'll go and stand by his high chair
If I didn't know better I would think he was a great pet.

My mom was in town over the weekend for city business, it's nice to know she can take advantage of a junket as well.

We went to the park and had a swing...
and a slide.....
and a smile.....
and sadly had to say goodbye.

Aidan's Haircut

We've been back for almost a week. The trip was great, skiing was good, but I know why you're really here. First, thanks to Heather's parents for watching Aidan. I know my mom liked having everyone together, however, I'm not sure that quite outweighed missing on Aidan time. Fortunately, she'll be here next weekend on business.

We took Aidan to get his haircut yesterday. He did great. I think Heather cried more than he did. Next time I think one of us will do the cutting. That should be fun.

Before.
Before.
During.
After!
How'd that get in here?
