Hair Cuts and Father's Day

Gary and Ann were in town last weekend. I think they had fun and I know Aidan did. It's been a busy summer. Since the middle of May we've had something going on every other weekend. We'll be in Oklahoma next weekend.

Aidan's in a really cute stage right now. It's a shame he has to get bigger. He's doing really well with words right now. But what is really fun is that he'll try and say words if we ask.

We both had really long hair.
This is what happens when I let him eat his yogurt.
The Thackers.
There's Aidan with his new haircut.
And there's me, with mine. Ouch, that's not a good look, but it was Father's Day so I was without product.

It's heating up in DC, which means I'm hunkering down in an air conditioned room until college football kicks off. We're at about 90 days and counting, not bad. Speaking of college football, my goal is to have Aidan participate in one part of the "We Are...Penn State!" chant at some point during the season. His vocabulary consists of, "phone," "keys," and "chip." We've got our work cut out for us.

These pictures are of my parents recent trip.

There's the happy Grannie.
Aidan gives her a thumbs-up.
Both hands on the vehicle please.
We went to a DC United game. Aidan was broken up that he was left behind.
Not sure what's going on here.
