2!

Aidan turned 2 on Friday. Heather and I were saying that it feels like his first birthday party was only a few months ago. I guess we can't call him "baby Aidan" anymore.

He had a busy week leading up to his birthday. Heather's sisters were in town, and then my parents flew in a couple days later. With all the visits on top of his birthday, Aidan's been a little spunky the past few days.

That's ok though because his world is about to be rocked. I'll be shocked if the 6 people who still read this blog don't know that Heather is pregnant. Max is due in about a month. My money is on the middle of March. In fact if someone wanted to start a pool on when Max is born, it would be a good way to make some extra cash. St. Patty's day? Also, I'm taking suggestions on what to rename the blog. Yes, it will continue!

Since April and Ali left, Aidan now says, "Go get April, Ali. Airport!"

Birthday boy.

If anyone remembers last year, the cake didn't go over so well. We went with a birthday cookie this year. No tears or crying, and he enjoyed his cookie. I would even love to show the video of him blowing out his candle. But I forgot to make sure the camcorder had batteries and it literally died right when Aidan got his cookie. Oops.
