Heather was a rock star Tuesday! We got to the hospital on Monday night at 11. At 4am Tuesday they started the induction, at 7am they broke her water. At 11:30am she got an epidural which is amazing in the fact that she lasted that long. At 1 pm, she started pushing, at 4:47 Aidan was born......
8 pounds 6 ounces and a huge head. Thanks Dad!
Those aren't tears, it's something they put in his eyes once he's out. Plus, I think the look is priceless. If he could speak, he'd be asking. "What in the world is happening to me?"
Father and son. I'm pretty sure I'm holding the quarterback who will lead the class of 2026 to a national championship at Penn State(good chance JoePa will still be there). That or a dynamic central midfielder leading the USA to it's first World Cup title. Either will do, and he's probably capable of both!
The Waner's together for the first time.Ok, that's it for now. I have to get back to the hospital. I'll get more photos up later, and if you want all the photos email me and I'll send them around when I get a chance.
Heather and Aidan are doing great.

Welcome Baby Aidan! We're so glad you're here.
First impressions - he definitely looks like a Waner to me! :) What a cutie!
Congrats all around. Can't wait to meet the little guy.
Oh my goodness! Wish I could steal a kiss!
So glad he finally arrived.
I can see a little of his mommy in him too!
Congratulations from Oklahoma friends(like family) to Jeff and Heather and welcome to baby Aidan. Our baby Henry nows has a playmate when he gets back to D.C. From new grandparents to new grandparents, Joe and Elizabeth, enjoy this new status and all of the privileges it affords. Life is good!
