Grannie's Visit

My mom was in town last week for a visit. She had a great time, and it allowed Heather and I to get away for a staycation. We checked into a hotel for a couple of nights while my mom watched Aidan.

And look what happened! I got a call from her Sunday morning a couple of hours before we were due back. She said Aidan's eyelid was swollen and wasn't quite sure how it happened. Poor guy. The swelling had gone down at this point......
With a little investigation we discovered it was caused by a bite, presumably a mosquito. The bite mark in his eyebrow gave it away, but we also gave him a little Benadryl. A side effect of Benadryl, it makes him really sleepy. (I can't lie, this was before the bite, but thought it captured his mood)
